If the Federal Government granted "La Ruta del Vino" and released guidelines for this community accordingly with the official newspaper (periodico oficial de la federacion) Why we have to be worry about the lower local government officials on their way out? We have to be realistic and continued our projects and investments as usual, sooner or latter the corrupted officers will step on their own tail! period. We have a Civil Association on place, and legally call for a General Meeting as usual to discuss any issue including to repell and abolish whetever law or city ordinance, including our separation from the onerous local government calling to form the 6th municipal government if necessary just like we did it in the past in Rosarito Beach if we do not get the necessary support that we need. Our direction can not be change by the little guys. Guadalupe Valley is the big and most important in this part of the country and we must show to the world what we want.
