We do not have the right to assemble, what happened last year with Occupy. Whether you are pro or con to their stance they were met with men with guns, badges and mace. Same thing with the group on 250 in front of Boars Head, they were met with guns and badges and forced to leave, all later found to be unconstitutional. You got no rights except to go to work, make money and pay taxes, thats it. Your a pawn in game of a corrupt and dictatorial government that will not tolerate dissension.

<quoted text>When you live in society with other human beings you must have laws or you wind up like Miami ,lol.

When you retire and move to an island by yourself than do what you want but society does not work without laws and if the current gun laws were enforced this debate about going after other weapons would not be taking place and law abiding gun owners would win.
I agree 100% that we must have laws. I have never disputed that.
The laws must be constitutional however.
Murder is already against the law. If breaking that law were punishable by death, no ifs ands or buts, there would be a lot less of it. Does that mean everyone should be put to death because of the potential to murder? No.

The second amendment bans infringement of the right to keep and bear arms. To infringe is to limit or undermine. Gun control limits, undermines, or infringes the second amendment rights of US Citizens. Therefore gun control is unconstitutional. The constitutional laws, as you stated, should be enforced. And I would add, should be enforced with much harsher sentences.

Does anyone really expect anything from the democrats but a prolonged pity party for Gabby, and her husband using the left wing media in an attempt to enforce their will on the American people. She kept her own handgun at home locked in a vault, where she said it belonged. She should have had it with her, and perhaps things would have turned out differently. She used faulty judgement before, and it has not improved. She didn't take her personal security serious enough to carry herself, or hire security, and will live with the results of that decision. I as a lawful gun owner, and concealed carry permit holder will not be held up for continued public scrutiny for the faulty decisions of others whether they be criminal or victim.

I don't think she or her husband came out against concealed carry.

Do you leave any of your guns at home, or do you carry all of them with you always? Must add to fear of flying on a plane, no?
.
For all those guns you can't manage to hide under your clothes in our 100 degree humid weather, do you leave them behind at home just laying around, not under lock and key?

Actually, yes, the conversion has began. Who would have thought five years ago that if you decided that you did not need health insurance you would be breaking a federal law, that is, unless you were willing to pay one of obama's new taxes and or fines.

Who would have thought five years ago that owning a Smith and Wesson Model 6905 9MM (The gun many police departments used to transistion from a revolver to a semi auto) would be thought as an assault gun. The 6905 is a diagional loading mag with capacity of 15 in the mag and one in the chamber making for 16 found max.

Yes, the obama vision for the United States is to become more of an EU type nation with the exception of the stance change that embrases both legal and illegal immagration.

Yes, under democrat leadership we have kicked God out of public schools and replaced him with violent acts and the deaths that result from same.

People, wise up and understand that the evil and vile acts of today is not a result of the number and type guns on the street but it is a result of lack of hope and fears associated with the obama economy and the never relenting pressure many people are feeling just to stay alive and keep food on the table When you take all hope and promise from a person all you have left is dispair and this leads to the violent acts that happen today.

Actually the deal with Occupy was much deeper than you say, the occupy movement was not met with men with guns and badges until all other areas of solution were addressed and refused.
Many of the occupy encampments were on city properties that were not capable of supporting a lage number of people for an extended time with things like sewage and trash containment and control. Many localities did install temp Porty JOhns and additional trash cans and the like in an attempt at temp. providing a place for these people. After weeks and weeks the cities requested the movements to leave city owned property and they were refused, not to mention the defacing of many items in these city properties. When it became the only option many of these cities used the 3AM time to evict these people by force so that many of them would not be ready to use force, thus forcing possible injury and death. Interesting fact about these city properties was that in the weeks and months after occupy was gone from these properties some of the Tea Party groups wished to use the same parks for group meetings and the cities either out right refused or placed rental at a very high rate.

Sure we leave some of our guns at home. But if we had only one, it would be with us at all times, barring gun free zones.

Flying isn't a big deal. There is an armed air Marshall. At least after 9/11. I'm sure there were some people that day that wish they could have been armed.

Now that your meds have kicked in and you are calmer, lets have a little spelling lesson. I want to use your post # 77 as the text of lesson one and have copied it below:

"You are create an idealised version of yourself? Try to be better than yourself do you? So you can't accept yourself? How very clever!"

idealised is spelled as follows: I D E A L I Z E D. There are also errors with the structure of your sentences but we can improve those once the spelling is mastered. Let us know when you are ready to move forward.
