Yes, I have used patch perfect, the results are not good. What is worst is the sack of lies in the product coverage. The commercial shows you two jars, when you get it its a bag, of 28 ounces of product. Instructions say to spread .25 iches thick, do the math, impossible, I complaint to the company they laughed, not good. I am submitting a complaint with the BBB and US Postal Service.

I was stupid enough to order 5 containers, for a cost of over $111.00. It arrived with the containers all damages,a nd seed all over in side the packing box. I planted as directed. I even thatched the area before planting. It took 3 weeks for any of it to even sprout. It did not cover the are it was proported to cover and most of it has failed to come up, despite consistant watering. I'm very dissatidfied. I've yet to even find a phone number to cal fro a refund.

I bought this patch perfect stuff also and it did not work for me either. It states it should grow in 4 to 5 days. Maybe they meant years or decade. Piece of crap. Rip-off scam.

I actually ordered some and my husband spread it out this past week- he had a friend of his who said it didn't work, but we said oh well... yesterday morning when I got up to take the dog out we had freaking grass sprouting where we had spread it!... no joke, we couldn't believe it- we didn't "spread it and forget it" though, we watered it each morning and evening for about 5 days, but so far, so good... if this works I'm going to order some more because we have a whole back yard of dirt that is in the shade...

My wife ordered patch perfect and what a rip off. We recieved five little bags for $117.95 including shipping and if you follow directions as it says on the bag you are lucky to cover a urine spot of a piss ant. I am sure glad that we do not have a Saint Bernard or I would have to borrow against our home to buy enough of patch perfect to cover the spot. We went to our local Lowe's and they have the same kind of grass seed in a ten pound bag for $10.95 and it works great so spread the word.

I didn't think the http://itspatchperfect.com/ patch perfect grass seed was that bad at all. It is'nt for re seeding a giant home, but patches around and bad spots. it work good for me.

I ordered some 7/20/07. Its now 8/9/07 and it still isn't here. They say it shipped 8/1... must be by "mule"!
meanwhile after I placed my order I got hit with several fraudulent credit charge charges from the web site they use. I had to cancel my card and the bank is pursuing. When I tried to call Patch Perfect customer service to advise them, I got a huge run-around and had to make several calls to finally (after MUCH insistence...) get to a manager. She said she'd bring my complaint to her boss.

and when i called to ask what had happened they told me that the computer made a mistake and that the order couldn't be canceled and that i would have to it to recieve it first and then return it and then cancel it poor poor cust service

WOW what a scam. I thatched the spotted areas. Even changed the soil ph as mine is sand mixed in composte peat, and manuere. I put in rye and quick grass it grows faster and better than Patch pefect. Honestly the stuff is a total scam. It does not work maybe 10 percent of what I planted on over 156.00 order actually grew. Trust me your wasting your money. Regular grass seed grown in the same soil with same conditions grew about five times better! Not an exaggeration!

So patch perfect is crap perfect. I called for my refund today. They were very nice and never asked me why I wanted a refund. They said in 3-5 days $19.95 would be refunded to my credit card. They said if I didn't see it by Thursday I should call them back.

I ordered the product (qty 2). In the mail I received 2 28oz bags of the product. They said that one 28oz bag is the combined buy one get one free.

As for covering 100sq ft. like the commercial says, that is a bunch of BULL. I maybe covered a 8x2 ft area with one bag.

So I called and asked for a refund. I did get my refund credited to my CC within a day minus the S&H.

I put the stuff down a little more than a week ago and the grass is already almost 2" tall so it does work but I would just save your money and go to the hardware store and buy the Scott's Patch bag which is basically the same thing.

In short, SAVE YOUR MONEY

As I shared with another poster, the manufacturer operates in the background with the sleazy marketing company taking in the orders. Since so many people feel ripped off but can't find contact numbers for the company, my advice is to charge back the item on your credit card. If a number of consumers do this, the company will either fold or start paying attention to "customer service" issues.
