There are 5 comments on the The Modesto Bee story from Sep 21, 2013, titled California poised to allow undocumented immigrants to practice law. In it, The Modesto Bee reports that:

Garcia, 36, isn't fulfilled by framed letters from the State Bar of California, declaring that he passed his bar exam on the first attempt, and for at least a couple of weeks in 2011, was a bona fide member of the legal profession.

Until he gets "law" by his name, he won't feel "comfortable" LOL!!!!!!!

This begs the question of Why he was allowed to attend law school in the first place!!!! Illegal aliens should be barred from enrolling in any professions that require a license. As a matter of fact, once they graduate HS (...and they don't) they should not be allowed enrollment unless as international students paying the full ticket!!! Remember, they are not suppose to get jobs, especially the ones Americans WOULD do! And lord knows, America certainly has its fill of lawyers.

Question: If he was so concerned and compassionate about mexico's treatment of prisoners and bribes, he should have stayed and USED HIS SKILLS IN MOTHER MEX, WHERE IS FATHER TOOK HIM TO SPEAK SPANISH!!!! P.S., Papa is an American citizen now, but children must speak mexican...go figure!

He states that while he was in Mexico . he thought the those in the jails there should have free or low fee council there. then he needs to go to Mexico and practice law . Not here . Those people need him . Even if they cant pay.
