A truck hauling hydrogen has caught fire on a Southern California freeway, burning furiously and posing a possibly explosive danger.

Was this truck transporting this hydrogen properly?
The extensive traffic problem, could be helped if more signs of road closure reported.
No direction was given while you were on the road, just closure of roads at time and redirection with no clear understanding of which way to avoid.

Police should have had some traffic experience with computers to help with confusion especially 5 pm traffic. Lead people around like mice in a maze.

Was this intention? How many times does this happen on our freeways?
Who regulates what can be transported on our freeways?
