Moron.
Ole Jimbo rejects the info on Obama's long form copy and verifications out of hand.

According to him they're all bogus; yet he yawns because he cannot comprehend why it is essential that everyone's original be protected.

Especially from the likes of the lying ignorant birfoon.

I am not trying to imply that most felons are innocent guys.
But the word "felon" in and of it's self evokes images of violent tattooed repeat offenders and that is simply not the case.
Our justice system is a joke J. It has little to do with justice at all. It is 100% about revenue generation. If you are unfortunate enough to get caught up in it... you sincerely deserve sympathy.
We imprison more people than any other country in the world....by leaps and bounds.
Take drugs for instance...even real ones. What the chemicals MIGHT do to you pales in comparison to what our justice system WILL do to you if you are arrested.
I don't know how things go in Canada... but in the U.S. there is no such thing as "This guy was just in the wrong place at the wrong time."... or... "Maybe this lady needs a little help dealing with addiction."
It is their jobs to ride you into the ground. And they do a fantastic job...
A buddy of mine from a long time ago sold a few pills to an undercover cop...(introduced to him by his girlfriend... no less) At that moment, they could have arrested him. But they chose not to. The cop called him a few times a week for a month or two. He wove a line of shit that his wife had lupus and the medication was for her. The guy was NOT a drug dealer by any stretch of the imagination... his girlfriend got caught with something and the police wanted her turning people in. In fact... he tried on more than one occasion to give the pills to him free. The cop insisted that he was paid.
By the time they chose to arrest him they had compiled a list of over 10 "buys" which translates into 10 felonies.(took about 5-6 weeks)
It caused serious problems for his family for over a decade... ruined his education... forget about a real career. Today he is making 12 or 15 bucks an hour as a mechanic... and this kid had real potential.
If it were about getting drugs off the streets or helping people at all... he would have been arrested day 1.
It is about driving people into the ground, and making as much $ as they can in the process.
What I am saying is that felons aren't all criminals in the way you may imagine.
Great post and every word true.

From the believers in eternal damnation.

In this case a 65 year old orchid collector.

“Prosecutors described Mr Norris as the “kingpin” of an international smuggling ring. He was dumbfounded: his annual profits were never more than about $20,000. When prosecutors suggested that he should inform on other smugglers in return for a lighter sentence, he refused, insisting he knew nothing beyond hearsay”

Of course hearsay is all the birfoon and most Rethugs require as they will believe unequivocally their own delusions and fabrications even though their dreams have been proven over and over again to be incontrovertibly false.(See Benghazi, Fast & Furious, IRS, Solyndra etc)

“Justice is harsher in America than in any other rich country. Between 2.3m and 2.4m Americans are behind bars, roughly one in every 100 adults. If those on parole or probation are included, one adult in 31 is under “correctional” supervision. As a proportion of its total population, America incarcerates five times more people than Britain, nine times more than Germany and 12 times more than Japan. Overcrowding is the norm. Federal prisons house 60% more inmates than they were designed for. State lock-ups are only slightly less stuffed”

I found nothing wrong with Cenks critique of how corrupt Washington DC has become, or should I say, always was.
He has the right antidote and wants to change the system so our representatives will truly vote for policy in our interest which makes up 99% of all Americans instead of the wealthy few who own most of the prostitutes in Washington DC.
Independent Media is much closer to the truth than most others in corporate mainstream media and corporate rightwing media.
People in the same mold like Cenk are shunned from corporate America and your video proves why.
And I agree wholeheartedly with your but, but, but's.

And so does the Wonkette for the most part.

Which is why Cenk should have played the criticism on his show and kept it moving. Instead he went on a rant and assumed The Wonkette believed what was not even implied.

Thus

“Wow! We sure do have a lot to answer for, especially the stuff we didn’t say!”

“Uygur’s “Wolf PAC” sent out a fund-raising email with the subject line “I’m being attacked” Poor Cenk, it turns out, is being victimized for his courage in calling out corruption:”

“The letter goes on to ask for a donation — OR SHOULD WE SAY, EXTORTS THE READER — to Wolf PAC”
http://tinyurl.com/mnmu4el

Which is the only reason I say Cenk should have left it alone.

Both agree wholeheartedly that representatives of the people should fight only for the best interest of the people. It's just that the Wonkette could not see the larger goal being realized by calling Eleanor Holmes a crook.

My biggest complaint about Bush was that toward the end of his second term he let the Democrat controlled 110th Congress force too many bad policies choices on our country. No one died as a result of The Watergate scandal, yet Nixon resigned and many lost thier jobs and were imprisoned. Benghazia was more directly tied to Obama than Watergate was ever tied to Nizon, Obama and dozens of his closest political co-conspiritors should all go prison as a result of 9/11/12 curcumstances.
You really do have a diabolical mind Frank. You make a lot of accusations without connecting any dots. Try reading something besides your own mind Frank.

George W. Bush (Republican) was the 43rd U.S. President and his two terms were from 2001-2009. Barack Obama (Democrat) is the 44th President, whose two terms are from 2009-2017.

Similarities
First, both Bush and Obama used expansionary fiscal policy to combat recessions by stimulating economic growth. As a result, they were the biggest contributors to the Federal debt. Bush added $5.8 trillion, while Obama added $5 trillion by the end of FY 2013. For more, see Debt by President.
Second, both Presidents spent more on defense than any prior Administration since WWII. For more, see Military Budget.

Differences
First, Bush created the two unsuccessful wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Obama successfully found Osama bin Laden, allowing him to end the war in Afghanistan. He also ended the Iraq War.

The second biggest difference is that Bush did not regulate banks' use of derivatives, thus creating the 2008 financial crisis. Obama pushed through the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform Act, which does regulate banks. In addition, it regulates credit, debit and prepaid cards and ended payday loans with the Consumer Financial Protection Agency.

Although both President's used expansionary fiscal policy, Obama passed the Economic Stimulus Act. This powerfully created jobs through education and infrastructure, ending the recession in 2009. Bush used tax cuts, which aren't as effective in creating jobs.

Jacques,
Scutiny is right about the America's ingrained system of misjustice.
Many lawyers consider their clients to be nothing more than a piece of meat or a meal ticket for a free ride.
Their hourly system billing is a page taken right out of Mr. Roger's neighborhood of make-believe.
I have never met a lawyer who I liked as a genuinely good person.

The Latest Benghazi Freak-Out in 10 Sentences
May. 6, 2014 / http://tinyurl.com/nut6rtz
Last week, in response to a Freedom of Information request filed by Judicial Watch, the White House released a memo related to Benghazi that was authored by Ben Rhodes, the deputy national security adviser for strategic communication. The four-page memo, written a few days after the attacks, was designed to prep Susan Rice for her upcoming appearances on several Sunday talk shows. Among other things, it addressed the anti-American protests that had first sprung up in Egypt and then spread throughout the Middle East, including this line as one of the goals of her appearances:
To underscore that these protests are rooted in an Internet video, and not a broader failure of policy.
