But that was not all he wanted for his life. Working the fields and at a grocery store, he attended community college, studying to become a paralegal, and passed the California bar on the first try, a boast Gov. Jerry Brown, former Gov. Peter Wilson and nearly 50 percent of all first-time test takers can't make.

So his parents came here based on a emotional decision he wants the courts to rely on emotion and bias and not the law? What the heck, does he think he's presenting a case to the US Supreme court?

If they let this illegal alien practice LAW while in violation of the law what good is it having law to practice?

Now every other ILLEGAL will want the licensing and certifications only available to legal US citizens, residents and visa holders.

The cart is before the horse here. He needs to use his legal efforts to gain legal residency before a law license.

So if a Russian Law student studies and passes a US lawyer exam while in Moscow does he get a law license without US citizenship? Just passing an administrative test doesn't make you legal.

We should trade our degenerate (c)rappers and ghetto thugs for productive men like this. The country would be much better off!
