"legal" pot should become an employment issue and should not be exempt from a list of banned substances by an employer.
Today you show up to work drunk you get sent home, suspended and/or fired if NOT hired. Why should pot be any different.
Why are the potheads treated so special? Why do the potheads think they are so special?
I can't even light up a cigarette in public and the dopers can stink up the place with their pot?

Yep, would anyone want to fly in a plane a stoned mechanic repaired ? Surgery by a Dr who smokes a joint during a coffee break ? Sentenced by a judge or represented by a lawyer who gets 'legally' high ?
