Since when does a judge make a ruling based on the "public"? Supreme Court judges base their decisions on the U.S. Constitution. If they ruled on the "public" abortion would still be illegal and segregation would be legal.
People decide the constitution. Abortion is segregation itself. It segregates babies.

They were equal friends. He was allowed to sleep in the same bedroom. It would have been a double bed or queens bed, or kings bed, they would both fit without frottage.
King-size and queen-size beds were invented by the Simmons Company in 1958

And currently, the constitution requires equal treatment of "all persons" under both the 5th and 14th amendments. Equality is also promised in the founding documents.

The 14th amendment says no state shall "deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

"The very purpose of a Bill of Rights was to withdraw certain subjects from the vicissitudes of political controversy, to place them beyond the reach of majorities and officials and to establish them as legal principles to be applied by the courts. One's right to life, liberty, and property, to free speech, a free press, freedom of worship and assembly, and other fundamental rights may not be submitted to vote; they depend on the outcome of no elections." You can't properly marry someone of the same sex. Every person has the right to marry yes, right to marry the opposite sex.

Marriage based on lust? Never works SONNY! Sex is not what makes a relationship work is it? And certainly not one without love.

Think your old sgragy parents still totter up the stairs and DO it on occasion? My my, that must be quite a sight, your old dad climbing on your mum's old saggy body, trying not to break a hip or something, his Viagra fueled wiener actually longer than his extended sack for the first time since Margaret Thatcher was "hot". When their head board hits the wall, does it wake you up, Sparky?

What does "dreams" mean? So you just look for someone you want to love do you? Doesn't work like that.
