"by their creator" does not mean a "god".
"Freedom" is innate by virtue of existence. "Rights" are Freedoms that are guaranteed (protected) in Law by Government.
Care to take a swing at a definition of "Liberty" ?

God created rights. Rights are moral, the goverment only gives people the ability to rights, but he also allows evil. The goverment may say he gives the rights, but only God does. The goverment simply allows people to do good, or evil, and access their God given rights.

Where does the Constitution define which God all Americans are to follow, and which religion is the religion of state?

I seem to have some trouble finding that part.

Which human and civil and legal rights are assigned only by God? And which religious denomination gets to decide?

Actually it is not. Sexual attraction is based on the brains reaction on how well it deems the the persons body it is viewing to produce good offspring through procreation. Can gays do this naturally? No, so therefore gays are biological errors.
God makes biological errors? Interesting.

I thought everything and everyone has a place and purpose in God's plan?

You must belong to a strange religious offshoot.

Gays have made themselves biological errors. They created their own disorders. The bible condemns homosexuals, as well as homosexuals being evil because they are destroying the american family, the natural sex drive, the abilty to love, and are raping children and homosexualing them against their will and natural sexuality and sexual health.
The bible only governs religions
.
The American Government governs the population
.
Government and religion are kept strictly separated
.
Still standing today we are protected by the 1948 United States Supreme Court McCollum vs Board of Education decision; 'separation means separation; not something less':
.
++++++++++
We find that the basic Constitutional principle of absolute Separation was violated when the State of Illinois, speaking through its Supreme Court, sustained the school authorities of Champaign in sponsoring and effectively furthering religious beliefs by its educational arrangement.
.
Separation means separation, not something less. Jefferson's metaphor in describing the relation between Church and State speaks of a "wall of separation," not of a fine line easily overstepped. The public school is at once the symbol of our democracy and the most pervasive means for promoting our common destiny. In no activity of the State is it more vital to keep out divisive forces than in its schools, to avoid confusing, not to say fusing, what the Constitution sought to keep strictly apart. "The great American principle of eternal separation" -- Elihu Root's phrase bears repetition -- is one of the vital reliances of our Constitutional system for assuring unities among our people stronger than our diversities. It is the Court's duty to enforce this principle in its full integrity.
.
We renew our conviction that:
.
"we have staked the very existence of our country on the faith that complete separation between the state and religion is best for the state and best for religion."
.
If nowhere else, in the relation between Church and State, "good fences make good neighbors."

The religion is already seperate enough. But the peoples moral values come from the Bible originally, because of the founding fathers. People are still given a choice under Gods constitution and not in restrained by the bible.

Morality is too abstract to have bearing in a court of law
.
You may ask; 'Why is this?'
.
Because American Citizens are not all fundamentalists
.
Some American Citizens are Christians; some are Jewish; some are Hindu; some are Muslim; some are catholic; some are mormonizers; some are voodoo practioners; some American Citizens are no longer bound by religious superstition
.
American Citizens are only subject to civil law; not subject to fundamentalist religious constraints

God is not MENTIONED at all in the Constitution, and is briefly mentioned in the Declaration of Independence!!!!

We were not FOUNDED on Religious principals either!!!
