African-Americans overlooked at Covered California, lawmakers say
The board at Covered California got an earful Thursday from two African-American legislators unhappy with what they say was a lack of outreach to the African-American community during the first open enrollment for the new state health benefit exchange.

Blacks are 13% of the population, but commit 50% of the crime in the US. They also represent 40% of the welfare expense this country shells out. Let's ship these fools to either Mexico or Africa and be done with them.

All of them, because of the bad choices a few of them have made? Seems unfair. That is as unfair as saying that all white people are racist. You might want to re-think and/or rephrase your statement.
