With less than two weeks to go before the Nov. 6 election, the battle over Proposition 34 , the proposed ban of the death penalty in California, appears to be tightening, and its proponents are raising the stakes.

I like how they make "Yes" mean "No" on ballot questons. They do it in Hawaii too.

why put this up to vote for? no matter how the people vote it takes the states more then 25 plus years to carry out the death penalty. the criminals are more likely to die from old age or natural death then be put to death. it's a waste to time.
