For years, social conservatives have accused judges of deciding social issues that should be left to legislators.
Well, legislators took the issue up. Twice the California legislature has passed gay marriage. And twice Governor Schwarzenegger vetoed the legislation.
But now the Governor Schwarzenegger has found the courage to say what he believes and to fight for gay rights.
Kudos to the Governor!
