In regards to the headline, I do not see the comparison. Not even close.

From the article:

---
Supporters of the bill say the policies — enacted by cities — create areas of "sanctuary" for illegal immigrants. The bill would let any person file a lawsuit to challenge the polices. If a judge finds a city restricted enforcement, the city could face civil penalties of $1,000 to $5,000 for each day the policy remains in effect after the lawsuit is filed.

Interesting strategy.

if the federal gov. did their job and enforced the law, cities and states would not have to resort to this.

round all illegals up and use FEMA camps... end of story

progressives want them legalized....NO WAY

Progressivism is a political and social term for ideologies and movements favoring or advocating changes or reform, usually in an egalitarian direction for economic policies (public management) and liberal direction for social policies. Progressivism is often viewed in opposition to conservative ideologies.
This in the end is never good for a free country!
Presidential leadership would provide the unity of direction--the vision--needed for true progressive government. "All that progressives ask or desire," wrote Woodrow Wilson, "is permission--in an era when development, evolution, is a scientific word--to interpret the Constitution according to the Darwinian principle

Truth be told, the headline should be...
Mexicans treat Arizona like Nazis treated Czechoslovakia.

Personally, I think they should be treated in the same manner as Mexico treats illegals in their country.

If we were treating these invaders like Germany treated the Jew's they would be out rounding them up and either gassing them or shooting them. There is no way you can compare Arizona to Nazi Germany.
I agree though that they should be rounded up and deported as soon as possible. Some people in Arizona are afraid to walk their streets at night anymore.

Americans have to wake up to the fact that if the people do not keep these invaders out of our country by force, they are going to overrun it.

The bill in the legislature is about illegals.
It is not about Mexicans, unless they are here illegally.
Please get that straight!

Sitting on our butts and bitching about it is not going to do any good though. The people have to band together and take some action or our country is doomed.

It looks like Arizona wants to assume the cost of immigration enforcement and let the FEDS slide into the shadows on this one.

The Supreme Court ruled in the 1800's that it's the Federal Governments responsibility to enforce immigration laws.

I wonder how this so called trespassing law will hold up in Court as it's a carbon copy of immigration enforcement with a twist of words.

I don't blame Arizona for being so desperate, the FEDS should do their jobs.

So... I guess you aren't familiar with immigration and Customs Enforcement Agreements of Cooperation in Communities to Enhance Safety and Security?

Three states and a growing number of local law enforcement agencies are empowered by the federal government to enforce immigration laws.
