Arkansas legislators by Monday had filed at least 10 bills dealing with state incentives for the $1.1 billion Big River Steel manufacturing plant proposed for a site near Osceola .

It ain't happening there is not enough business and some of the investors are realizing that John c and the Osceola big wigs are just going to screw them over. Just look at the wind mill factory what a joke it was lol

This is perfect a welfare steel mill for all the welfare people in Osceola. How the hell is a steel mill going to beg for money to get started. Something sure is shady about that!!!

Haven't heard nothing in a while bout the steel mill what's up with it now? Seen where Koch brothers and other investors are pulling out I think that's a smart choice on there part maybe the got wind on all the other deals that John c. Had that didn't come threw and failed cause he didn't want to put his money up for just like he is doing with big river steel
