One, they're not going to be able to prove it's not unconstitutional, because it is.

Two, IF, as they want to claim, women don't have abortions in that state during that time period anyway, why the ban in the first place?

The burden of proof is on the Plaintiff. They must show the statute is unconstitutional.

This is another example of a lone liberal judge overriding the will of the people expressed through their elected representatives.

When will our state leaders grow some nads and tell federal judges to f*ck off? They have no jurisdiction here.

Our elected representatives stopped representing more than their own personal ambitions decades ago. All of them are out for themselves.

Sorry, but you are quite incorrect. The federal gov't does have jurisdiction here. As much as some would like to deny it. Unless, of course, they AGREE with the federal gov't.
