I'm not certain why Kent Hallum the owner of a used car dealership Hallum Motors would be put in charge of a campaign. They had the money obviously to hire a professional. Why did they take the other route ? This story is disturbing and nobody wins in a situation like this. I just can't believe nobody close to these four gentlemen in their everyday life did not have the courage to report them or at the very least tell them they were breaking the law and to stop . The saying goes you are only as good as the company you keep and here lies the perfect example .
