Arkansas Attorney General Dustin McDaniel has rejected a request to certify the popular name and ballot title of a proposed constitutional amendment that calls for ending a prohibition on marijuana.

This is a trick that rethug ag's across the country are using to thwart the will of the voters! The fact is, most rethugs could care less if people are forced to suffer unnecessarily just so they can impose their sadistic agenda!
