.....but "you" aren't seeking the overturn of the results of the ballot initiatives you "won".
I mean, legislating from the bench and ballot initiatives can't be "good" only if you favor the results and/or only "bad" if you don't.
I agree; you should tell that to the "conservatives" who now suddenly oppose ballot initiatives because they're afraid they're going to lose, and are now searching for an "activist judge" to prevent those votes from happening.

Again, we have no other option; they do.

I don't follow you on the "no other option" thing.

I mean, the Prop 8 thing's in front of the judiciary, yes?

Each side has either option, right? Ballot initiatives or appeal to the judiciary?

Prop 8 was a unique case because it took away an existing right (marriage) only from same-sex couples.

In the rest of the states with constitutional bans the judiciary isn't really an option because they never allowed marriage for same-sex couples to start with.

So in those states our only realistic option is to overturn those constitutional bans with another vote.

Friggin liberals are all aholes! Wahhhh blame everything on everyone else, whiney babies. They're all killers. Gun control? We want gun control so nobody kills the kids in school. So liberals kill em before they ever hit school. Jokes on you, cut through the bullshit and say it like it is aholes!

Statistically one is likely to step down or die in the next 4 years.
Hopefully it's Scalia so Obama can replace him with a liberal!
It would be better for Obama to step down.

He will, in Jan 2017. Then President Hillary can appoint him to the SCOTUS when Scalia or Kennedy finally croak!

They end abortion yet they want to STARVE babies!!!. About like those rotten conservatives. Conservative people would throw their own mother out on the street if they had to take care of her. The way I look at it if its not the job of the government to take care of poor or unwanted babies then its not the job of the government to stop abortions either!!!. And I also think stupid conservatives are beeing irrespondsable by cutting out welfare and stopping abortion too.
