Eventually we will ALL be 'low-income'... after sending our taxes to the Federal government who gives it to states to buy insurance and after buying our OWN insurance, how much spendable income will we have left??

This doesn't expand medicaid, it eliminates it. People don't want some insurance company keeping all the money, telling us we can't have this or that procedure; we want access to health care.

How this is going to lower costs? It is going to increase costs because for-profit companies spend money on marketing and excessive executive compensation.
