Alaska law would allow military to drink at age 18

I was stationed at an Isolated base, when the 21 age limit was imposed. That meant they would DRIVE 75 miles to get a drink. An Exception was granted to where if under 21m they could have Beer only!!!Many Deaths were avoided...it is a very Hard Choice...Granted...
