It's good to know that Linda Gross finally gets compensated for the suffering and injuries she may have gone through. This may encourage more women to move forward with their complaints. I also found out from bladdermeshlawsuit.us/what-is- transvaginal-mesh-and-what-is- it-used-for/ Johnson & Johnson is currently facing its second mesh-related trial in Chicago.

This is encouraging news to other women out there who may have also had a first hand experience of these mesh-related problems. I read at http://plusist.com/health/complaints-involvin... that there have been too many problems linked to these devices that even the US FDA warns of its use.

The victory of Linda Gross bodes well for the other vaginal mesh victims. At the moment there are over 15,000 cases pending before different courts in the US. This victory plus the earlier one involving Christine Scott will definitely encourage the other victims. This may also prompt vaginal mesh manufacturers to settle all liability suits rather than paying damages they may involve billions of dollars. This news certainly offers a spark of legal hope to those who may have also decided to take legal action. Updated info from bladdermeshlawsuit.us/ transvaginal-mesh-lawsuits/ says that there are thousands of surgical mesh lawsuits pending in courts across the country but another mesh-related case, this time against C.R. Bard, has already been scheduled to start this July.

I hope that other lawsuits being filed against the producers of these vaginal mesh devices will have the same result as that of Linda Gross. Having to suffer the complications from these devices will truly put your life in a devastating state. This story serves as an inspiration to others who experienced the same aftereffects of using a vaginal mesh. Read more about these complications here http://avaultavaginalmeshlawsuit.com/

Records show that there is a mounting number of transvaginal mesh lawsuits in state and federal courts. The trend began since the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA), in 2008, came to issue warnings concerning the devices. I read at http://www.rotlaw.com/transvaginal-placement-... This time, the regulatory body warned that it has in its possession additional data, about 2,874, involving complications linked with transvaginal mesh.
