IMO Dewine is blowing smoke up everyone's arses hoping it will all blow over. If he was serious about this case, those guys would have been charged as adults, and there would be no debate over whether they should be registered sex offenders. They are. And everyone who passed the pics along via internet would be charged with disemmination of child pornograghy. Plus the texts indicate she was lured across state lines.

Get real no one was lured. Party was in Wintersville and it had students from as many a 5 different schools including WVa. who do you think brought her to the party? Girl friends. I agree with the pic part.
Dewine had NO AUTHORITY on what court they should be charged in. It was Lipps who made that determination in October.
