It's encouraging to know that Linda Gross won the case against J&J. I am glad that she finally gets compensated for everything that she may have gone through since she was implanted with the Prolift. It also turns out that there are numerous mesh-related lawsuits pending against J&J and other major mesh manufacturers as I've read here bladdermeshlawsuit.us/transvag inal-mesh-lawsuits/

The vaginal mesh controversy has truly become a worldwide concern. There are also cases pending in Canada, Australia, UK, and other countries in Europe. I have read in vaginalmeshlawsuitcenter.us/pe lvic-organ-prolapse/ that in the US alone, over 15,000 cases are pending. The same number is also expected in other countries. The victory of Linda Gross will definitely be very encouraging to the other vaginal mesh victims.

This is good news to other women who may have suffered the same fate as Linda Gross. Let's just hope that they too get the compensation they rightfully deserve. I also read from bladderslingrecall.us that Johnson & Johnson is facing numerous legal challenges filed by women who have had a first-hand experience of the complications stemming from their surgical sling device.

This is very hopeful to the women who suffered complications because of using the vaginal mesh devices. Many of them have suffered greatly and any form of justice and compensation they may get will at least lighten their burdens. I am currently suffering from the mesh implant. I myself cannot sit for long periods of time. I can feel it poking me in my butt and have severe pelvic and rectal pain. its getting worse. I live on pain pills or i cannot function. my whole life has changed. Im terrified that i will die before they take it out. oh i went to see a neurologist i have nerve damage. I got an attorney as soon as my doctor refused to listen to me he kept saying it was my back because the pain first started in my hip.
