Krystle,
Do Nick justice and get yourself an education, learn to spell, don't let his death go to waste. I realize you were educated in the Ballston School System, but rise above that and learn.

His death is a tragedy, but it was preventable. Please, all you young people out there, learn from this and don't think it can't happen to you, it can and it does. This is the 2nd life lost in Ballston this year, when is this community going to wake up. Parents be parents and say, No, to your children. Being their friend is not working, they need you to be parents. Set limits, say no, give reasonable discipline, help them learn from mistakes and give them tools to grow to be outstanding young men and women.

Intelligence obviously escapes you too..I do not live in Albany, my IP address is from Albany, if you know what that means...I just asked Krystle to make something of her life, get an education and don't let this young man's life be lost, do something positive for herself as a tribute to him. This young man lost his life to a preventable accident, I hope better for her. obviously BSpa has done much for you, your expressions are very intelligent, ie: poop hole, nice talk, but what I expect. You lived up to my expectations.

I am a relative of Nick. I understand you are entitled to your opinion, however your comments do not help our family or our grieving process. There is no blame to be placed. This was a tragic accident so please do not use Nick as an oppurtunity for you to preach about parenting skills. NICK RIP WE LOVE YOU!!!

One of my good friends brett told me that Nick Kinney was one of the nicest kids he had ever met in his entire life, kids do things like this, i myself a teenager have done things i regret but we all must learn from our mistakes. I didn't know Nick but saw him walking in the halls, even so a part of me misses him. ]: RIP Nick Kinney, watch over your family. My deepest sympathy for Nicks family.

MBS, You need to stop spreading your ignorance around. Two kids are gone from their families. They are both tragedies. Ask the families. To be more specific they were both drownings. The families are forever changed. Friend of Josh worked with Josh. She didn't party with him. She is a responsible adult who cares. You are just a ray of sunshine aren't you? Does your posting name stand for Morbid BS'er? You are a wealth of knowledge about what is and isn't tragic. This young life is gone forever. My sympathy to the family and friends of Nick.

Is your life miserable..because you are acting and sounding like a miserable angry person. Why would you go out your way to say the things you say during such hard times for people. Leave everyone alone, no one cares what "your so called facts over the computer are" your a very negative person without a life. Do you have a heart? if you do then just stop being so horrible to people that already are going threw enough!!!!

I didn't read anyone blaming any one. What I read was Heartbroken trying to tell young people don't let this loss of a great young man's life go to waste...do something positive, get an education...I then read a young person using bad language and insults again because it appears reading skills escape some. The facts as I see them are a young man died needlessly, no blame other than they themselves made a bad choice to go off swimming where there was no lifeguard. People make bad choices everyday and unfortunately there are many bad consequences to those bad choices. Stop being angry, it solves nothing. I do know the IP addresses that show up are not necessarily represetative of the actual home address, so you are wrong about that. I personally do not live in Albany, but in BSps and I show Albany. Please remember there are family and friends of both families that are grieving for many factors and hate helps no one. Please whoever reads this, remember life is precious and can be gone in a flash. I think if we all think before we act, maybe there will be less tragedy for us all. I hope Heartbroken was trying to say education is key and it did apear spelling was a bit off from the first entry. I am a mom of 4 boys and I cannot comprehend the feeling that these families are experiencing, but I believe if 1 person can do better, not die because of this unfortunate tragedy, then Nick's life will live on forever. Can someone tell me who Josh is?

I can not believe anyone is in here passing blame on anyone, This was a horrible accident and the friend and his aparents are goignthrough a world of hell as well. My nephew drowned 10 years ago at the same age. in a simular accident.. he was with his friend and couldnt make it across. the kids he was with went through some very tough times I hope all of you can stop passing the blame that is the last thing this family needs is to read al lof you pointing fingers at and turning this young mans tragic death into something much worse than it alreadyis for them so please before you post another rude comment realize this could be your son, brother, nephew, cousin, grandchild. how would you feel? I did not personally know Nick but I would drive by him every morning while he waited for his bus and although he had no idea who I was he alwasy waved to me.. if there are typos I appologize I did not go back and proof read..
RIP Nick sleep with the angels

Dear MBS,

Please stop being nasty. You do not know what people are thinking, feeling or comprehending. You talk about this being tragic, yet you continue to bash people, that is tragic. I can imagine you are hurting over the loss of your friend, but being nasty, hateful and saying mean things does not bring any honor to your friend. I am truly sorry this young guy lost his life and no one is to blame, accidents happen, unfortunately this as with many accidents they can be prevented. I hope as some others have written, young people learn from this and don't make the same mistakes in the future. MBS, please try to act nicely, and respond nicely, it may shock you that people care. I wish you well MBS and I will pray that you get some comfort and peace within.

MBS is an immature loser who is just trying to get a rise from people. There is no sense trying to be reasonable because he/she just doesn't know how to act. The stuff they are talking is totally unbelievable and none of us need that aggrivation.

I don't believe MBS knows this person. They just like going around to the different blogs where unfortunate things have happened to take people's lives and spread their "sunshine". They are a despicable person who doesn't know when to shut their mouth. They like to see grieving people hurt more than they already do. Why don't you do everyone a favor and find something else to do with your spare time. GO AWAY!!
