Not a bad idea at all. A couple of years ago my son and his wife were swept out to sea by a freak current whilst standing ankle deep in the water. There were no lifeguards on the beach. They nearly drowned, as she was panicking and not a good swimmer. It was a terrifying experience. Fortunately my son got her to calm down and stop fighting the current. They eventually drifted back and were able to get out of the sea alive. A woman and her dog had seen them and waited for them to be washed out onto the beach. It is an isolated and dangerous beach, even though absolutely beautiful and a wonderful place for nature lovers and animal lovers to go horse riding or take their dogs for walks. Bathing is a different story altogether. I think it should be banned.
