Wow gender barriers are coming down and women know just as much about football as men do and women are smarter than any man is that is true
Two things struck me here,

1. She's part of a group of replacement referees - R-E-P-L-A-C-E-M-E-N-T referees. The entire replacement referee situation is a joke - you thought games were too long last season?

2. The game (NFL) is an extremely fast game that most 1st-year rookies and 2-year sophmore men have problems keeping up with. Women in the NFL would probably change the game - I wouldn't want to be the first male to hit a woman and send here on a three-week ride to never-never land. That being said - the sport is approching a no-man's existance with the advent of concussions on the rise.

Yes what could we change here as women making football safer with better helmets that protect the head built in speaker system and oh yes air conditioning on hot days like Sunday

Yes, safer helmets - with flowers and ribbons on top - and naturally, matching purse and pumps.

Btw - every quarterback in the NFL has a speaker system that the OC sends in the next offensive play.
