All parents should insist in fact demand that the person coaching their kids must have CPR and AED certification especially in youth baseball. No excuses it could save your child's life. Little League an travel programs should implement strict rules around this immediately. Also, all Local Little League organizations should immediately look at their current plan and learn from Freehold, Twp. NJ. Freehold Little League seems to be moving in a positive direction after the incident with Sean Neely after being hit by a ball in the chest and going into cardiac arrest.
