He should be proud....he's part of a great team that put it all together. Just because he wasn't a starter does not deminish his contributions one bit.
As a matter of fact, with out players like Adam, the team wouldn't have been as good, just ask ANY coach.

When you look at your watch, all you see is the hands on the face. What you don't see is all the precision gears working together just right....the most important parts of the watch.

Congrats to your son

I agree he should be proud, he is just as much a part of that team. I'm sure as a back up your son was primarily used in practice on the scout team. Having a good scout team in practice is so important to a teams success. Scout teams need to be able to give the starters a decent look at what they will be seeing when they play the opposition. Congrats to your son and Liberty HS.

Your son has displayed the best part of his personality, his character, which will take him so much farther in just about anything he tries to accomplish.
Congratulations to him and all the young men, and a special congrats to you as a parent. He obviously had someone to look to as a mentor, you!

Wow. He'll turn out just fine, given the fine example set by his father. What a rare display of human goodness. Best to both winners in the game of life.
