House passes health care bill on 220-215 vote
A coin flip Saturday morning to settle a three-way tie for the final two playoffs spots in District 1-4A left the Bowie High School football team just short of making its first playoff appearance since 1996.

Congratulations to all the teams that made the playoffs. These are some exciting times for these schools. Unfortunately for Bowie High School, there's only so many teams that get to play for a championship this season. Good luck in the playoffs, everybody.

It Probably was karma. Nature and Destiny have a way of remembering a school that breeds traitors who sue the Border Patrol for doing their job, and in effect, demanding to make the Bowie campus an open corridor for drugs and illegal aliens. Bowie is a nest of losers and karma probably has a role in it. |

hahaha i am one of those bowie scum!! i am so surprise how the comment on all sorts of things except the coin toss!! i am a product of welfare and so or my kids, and i dont work!! hahaha those of you that put those horrible comments, keep working hard so my family and i can go to the best doctors and get free housing, dont forget to pay your taxes!! hahaha plus my children get better health care than yours without co pays!!! hahaha i hope this stings!!! now have a great weekend i need to buy snack with my lonestar to watch the cowboy game on my 60 in plasma that i have in my public housing apartment! al rato!

Karma? Yes, because the coach left Austin and took some assistants with him, but Austin gets in, that's funny. In 5A, if the El Paso teams play like they can, we could have a 5A sweep!

That is terrible that everyone sees Bowie High School the way that they do.. Very stereo typical.. any way for everyones' info.. there are many good stories to come out of Bowie.. teachers, lawyers, doctors, nurses, coaches (who by the way are not traitors) it takes a lot to come back to his school and turn the program around.. Good work Robert! The others who followed him from Austin followed him for a reason.. I am sure he did not force them at gun point.. Karma works in mysterious ways so all of those haters better be careful with what they say... Oh yeah.. S. Reyes and the border patrol were not doing their job they got sued for harrassing the students during school hours.. get the facts straight idiots....
