You are a young man with your entire life ahead of you, you have been dealt a speed bump in your path of life right now. The cause of that bump, is honestly unknown to you and I, and even your Dr.'s, the real truth of that bump lies in The Lord Jesus Christ! No matter how you, your family, or friends believe, Jesus Christ loves you, and can heal you, He died for you, he will take this tradegity and use it to His glory, all's you need to do is ask Him,(Matt7:7) He is right there with you now.

Dear Cory and family, I am sorry to hear of your accident. I understand you are a strong kid and I know you will be a fighter to get better. I am very involved in my church and our church will be praying for you and your family. Some days will be tougher than others but remember those tough days will become less and good days will happen more and more. Never give up, find strength in your family, friends, and God. Keep the attitude you had on the football field and you will be a SUPERSTAR... God Bless... The Hughes Family (Parma, Ohio)

Dear Kory,
We are praying for a full recovery and wish you the very best! We have a Freshman at NDCL who last Thursday had a concussion (unbeknowest to us), but we were told after that he was in a 3 point stance - on defense!! He normally plays offense, but another boy got hurt, he ran in, must have gotten hit, and had NO idea where he was. Strange thing is, we saw him making tackles and didn't even realize he was totally out of it! He was asking the guys on the team, "what position do I play", so it freaked his team mates out to say the least, and we were actually able to laugh it off afterwards (since he was okay)! As they watched the films the coaches told him he must have knocked himself out. You never know how dangerous any play can be, but we know you will be just fine. Hang in there, believe as we do and have faith that you are in good hands and god will take care of the rest. We wish you and your family the very best, and will continue to pray for your quick recovery. God BLess, and take care, Doug, Patty, Austin & Aaron Leovic

Cory, My heartfelt prayers for you during this recovery period. I watch my grandsons every year play football and I always pray for the players safety. Stay strong, as your road ahead may be tough. However, the Lord will give you the strength you need to overcome this challenge. Your family will be there to support you, as well as, all of us who our praying for you and your family. You are young and strong and that will help you to recover well. Hang on to your positive spirit, as that is one of your blessings. You are in my prayers. As a nurse, I recognize how important it is to maintain a good spirit. It really helps the healing process. I will keep you in my prayers.

Kory,
Many are praying for you> I guess you know that. It seems that the best part of you is fine -- your spirit, your personality, your sense of humor, your soul. Now we have to pray that all of you will be restored. You have much to do and many to influence for good ahead of you. Know that we are with you.
