Hey big d, kinda looks like Capital is following the same path SFHS did years ago. I hope not, but looks pretty similar to me.

After district and school sports levels changed some time ago you remained at 4A. Honestly you should be kicking everybody's ***. Try competing at 5A level again with schools you once did play. Richard I don't agree that you or Gomez are cave men. Age has nothing to do with any of this bull crap. Remember some of the country's most RECOGNIZED AND HONORED coaches and staff are older than you two!!!!!!!
