I feel sorry for Jon Paul, his Protege is really not much something to live up to. Harry Montoya has only served his self interests on the County Commission. As a matter of fact, that's the problem with him, Virginia Vigil and Michael Anaya. They rule with what's popular at the time, and neglect doing what's right...
I hear Montoya is a puppet for his cronies anyway...

wonderful.

a sports coach now thinks he is qualified on making land management and water decisions.

please, can't we get porky pig from disneyland to run?

hey lenny! what do you think about zoning in the downtown region?

lenny; "well, it's got to be one on one with a man on the open goal!"

what?

lenny; "it's gotta be be one on one!"

what are you talking about?

lenny; "BASKETBALL! IT'S ALL I KNOW!"

obviously.

i think val kilmer should run for district 1.

he used to be able to swoop from building to building when he was dressed as batman.

it is my opinion that he has the best qualifications to be a county commissioner for santa fe.

(this is based on current considerations.. not from a finite list. it is still possible that arnold ziffel, the pig from green acres will run, and if that is the case, i will withdraw my endorsement of val kilmer, and back arnold ziffel.)

It was a joke you mouth breather.

It was funnier than your two posts and took a tenth of the effort.

I've got some more bad news. Pro wrestling isn't real and Owl's Liquor isn't owned by an owl.

"Professional" politician or common sense person. I wonder who really knows what is best for those who live in the area.

Apparently a DWI is the required experience to run for this seat. I'm sure there are many Republican candidates that would be fit to run, but they wouldn't have a chance in hell, because they are Republican.

Harry was a great commissioner. He consistently listened to his constituents. Jon Paul is a joke, just as bad as Ben Ray Lujan.

There is no hope to improve out political system as long as we are on this "Democrats Rule" BS in Northern New Mexico. Look at the candidates you have been provided with.

So much for making an example of DWI convicts. What's it going to be??

Democrats from that district deserve what they get. No wonder that area is in the shape it is and they say Republicans are crooks! Hey, isn't there another member of Ben Lujan's family you guys can elect???

What's funny is there are many Lujans from the Pojoaque Valley. In fact I know a guy who worked for the Republicans from there. Not all Lujans are bad. Manny Lujan was a great public servant.

Jon Paul is a party animal. If he gets elected, I bet he ends up in hot water in his first few months of office.

He should give up his school board seat too.

It's too bad there are so many haters out there. I am here in Afghanistan and know there are better things to debate about. I feel John Paul would do an excellent job, he is a go getter and has shown he is willing to do something for the community. Instead of trying to slam him, we should be encouraging him to do something good for our community. The world out here is a terrible place, the problem is that a lot of people have forgotten how good we Americans have it in our wonderful country. I fully support John Paul Romero and hope he continues to do a fine job like I know he can.

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Virgo

You're struggling to get everything finished in time today, making you feel fractious and tired. At some point you may have to take a pragmatic decision about which tasks must be completed today and which will have to be postponed until another day. Do your best to keep things in proportion otherwise you'll waste time in trivial details and needless nit-picking.
