Last year when Aaron Rodgers won the MVP he was praised as a football god because of his insane TD/Int Ratio of 7.5. Manning currently has 30 TDs to 12 turnovers for a Ratio of 2.5. Wonder where Brady comes in at? Brady has 33 TDs to 4 turnovers for a Ratio of 8.25. How do you compare Mannings 2.5 to Bradys 8.25? How is it that Manning has turned the ball over three times more than Brady and still has been getting all the praise and Brady has been overlooked? There is a Manning bias in the sports media that forces Brady to not only beat Manning but crush him just to get recognized. How can anyone compare Mannings 2.5 to Brady's 8.25? In addition, Brady beat Manning head to head with a defense in the bottom of the NFL while Denver has a top ten defense. Also, Brady had to deal with a patchwork offensive line and injured smaller, slower receivers than Manning. Despite this Brady has scored 100 points more than Manning and is approaching the all time NFL reord for points scored. Brady has more yards, more TDs, and an insane, alien-like 8.25 Ratio never before reached by any other player in NFL History. So, why is Rodgers a football god at 7.5 but when it comes to Brady the media refuses to recognize his even greater 8.25 figure and bypass him to recognize Manning as the MVP. Media bias, media bias, media bias. Don't let the media cheat you. They will continue to cheat you unless you speak up. Manning is a great guy, has had a great year but the MVP should be based on performance not personality preference. Give credit where credit is due. Mannings story is a compelling one. He has come back from neck surgery, but that puts him in the running for comeback player of the year not usurp the MVP from the hands down runaway winner. I read elsewhere that Manning himself has acknowledge Brady's insane alien-like year as one for the ages. Manning is a classly guy and a football historian. If he thinks Brady is head and shoulders above the competition shouldn't you agree?

Case in point ...anyone read Jesse Reed (sports media writer). He thinks that Manning is the clear cut hands down winner of the MVP because Manning has the Broncs in the playoffs yet lacks any identifying info that presents Manning's performance as greater than Brady's. He just likes him better. It feels right to him. What kind of a sports writer is that?. Choosing winners not based on actual facts but personal preference? If I wanted conversation like this I'd talk to my wife. This is not the national press corps and Obama. MVPs should be chosen based on performance not turned in to a personality contest. Wise up, study up, make a rational choice. Beware Media Bias!!!

A QB has two jobs, protect the ball and score.
Brady has protected the ball three times better tha Manning (only 4 turnovers to Mannings 12), and has led his team to score 100 points more than Manning has.
All the other stuff like yards, TDs, percentages are just noise (noise that Brady also leads in with the exception of completion percentage which is the least of all the stats).
Completion percentage is nice but first downs are better.
First downd are nice but TDs are better.
TDs are nice but total points are better.
And of course protecting the ball while scoring points is the best and most efficient.
Consider Manning 375 points divied by 12 turnovers = 31.25 rating
Consider Brady 472 points divided by 4 turnovers = 118 rating
Now who's the MVP? The guy who scores 100 more points with 1/3 the turnovers and a Rating of 118...Or the TV Commercial funny guy who everybody likes and scores 100 points less with 3 times more turnovers and a Rating of 31.25? Prove to me that our national education system hasn't dumbed you down!!!

Message to Broncos...
Heard it said that the Ravens last year rolled Gronkowski's ankle out of spite. You guys need to protect Peyton and others even after the play is over so you won't be missing key players for the playoffs. Protection is always the wise choice. Explain payback before you have o use it.

Sorry, you may not have to worry. Just found out the guy who took out the Gronk is also the same guy who took out Brady and Welker in years past. Might just be a lack of love for New England kinda thing.
