EAGLES More hand surgery for Birds QB Feeley
It appears rookie Kevin Kolb will remain one tweak of Donovan McNabb's surgically repaired knee away from seeing action as the Philadelphia Eagles' quarterback.
A.J. Feeley, the eighth-season veteran who is supposed to be McNabb's primary backup, underwent another round of surgery on his left, non-throwing hand Friday, two weeks after three screws were inserted to repair a fractured third metacarpal.
Although coach Andy Reid won't make it official until today at the earliest, and probably not until as late as an hour so before kickoff, the operation makes it likely Feeley will be designated as the No. 3/emergency QB behind Kolb for Monday night's game against the Washington Redskins. Read more

Feeley should be the emergency QB. Any team would have to be in dire straits to use even a healthy Feeley at QB.
