VOTE: Which ONE pitcher would you sign for the Yankees if you could get them in 2019?

There are 8 comments on the Pinstripe Alley story from Thursday Nov 15, titled VOTE: Which ONE pitcher would you sign for the Yankees if you could get them in 2019?. In it, Pinstripe Alley reports that:

Based on comments I have read in forums online and the general feeling that DeGrom might be the best pitcher out there today I am thinking the majority would say DeGrom. The real battle might be who gets the most votes for second between Kershaw, Keuchel, Kluber and Carrasco.

Kluber.....I beliece he is the ACE we need. But.....I would get Corbin too and Dallas Kiechal....use Sabathia for middle relief and team chemistry.

Kluber is the only one that would be the ACE of the staff
also, JA Happ and third would be deGrom but they will never get him (and he is a Nancy leaguer)

corbin and deGrom are Nancy leaguers which means there is a good possibility they will be like sonny gray. remember, the Nancy leagues does not have the quality of players that the American league east has. it has been proven time and time again. Cashman has always picked up hot players to see if they will stick, and usually the Nancy league players do not.
examples: lance berkman played for the yankees for only 37 games and could not hit a lick. before that and after he hit good as a Nancy leaguer. kevin brown was a real flop. the only ones I can think of that were any good were bobby Abreu and Andrew McCutchen.
