All they did was steal the colors from the Pittsburgh Pirates.

I like the Black and Gold much better than Purple. I guess I'm just not in touch with my feminine feelings...

Steagles were a nice idea, turned out to be a disaster. Two teams and two coaches combined into one, that was doomed from the start. Pittsburgh sports has some crazy history. Such a shame that the Pirates have became a laughing stock. I miss Jim Leyland.

fyi it is black and purple i don't think just purple would have been favored in baltimore you act as if the team is soft which it is plain to see they are not to go that far with a rookie any ways i favor the black and gold i feel bad luck if the steelers wear white but that is just me i still say steelers 35 cardinals 17

York Steelers fans are dirtbags, criminals, rednecks, white trash, etc. etc. Please hop off the bandwagon. Pittsburgh is 200 miles from here. If you aren't a Pittsburgh native, you hopped on the bandwagon back in the 70's and forgot to hop off. Go Cardinals!

Does the Pitt family coat of arms also include a can of Pabst, pack of Camels, and a flannel shirt? Woooooooo-hoooooooooo! Get your Steelers' flag on your car!!!

Born and raised in Pittsburgh I will always be a STEELERS fan! I am sorry that some of the comments on here belong to people who don't feel like they have a connection to a team. I will never find a nicer person then if you go to Pittsburgh and find a stranger to talk to. Around here most people are afraid to look other people in the eye and say hello and smile. People walk around with their heads up of down no eye contact. Both are free but are every hard for people to do in South central PA and MD. Look around smile and say hello to someone you don't know today. And in the Super Bowl cheer on a team that has the heart and soul of a hard working steel town and the heart and soul of what football really is.
