Ride along... its an education. I think you'll find you realy know very little about police work, and will come away with a whole new appreciation for what they do. I did.

That list really gets under your skin doesn't it, and at least what I contribute is not obfuscation and misinfromation. The above list was gotten from the City of Vallejo take your questions up with them, but the in Craig Whittim's BK declaration PSU average salaries are about $200,000 not including overtime.

While the malcontents have nothing with substance, they repeat post the partial information they feel will stir the poop. They don't realize that the majority of Vallejo is well aware of the salaries, outrageous overtime, as well as retirements, and don't have their panties in a twist with those numbers.

They are also well aware of the state of the city, 3 closed fire stations, and the lowest number of police since the 70's. On the other hand, there does not seem to be a lot of outrage at this condition. Other than the usual suspects blasting the PSU's, most folks don't seem to give much of a damn.
