Everson Griffen has been subject to rife speculation by many Vikings insiders, hot on the heels of news that he could take serious snaps at linebacker come training camp.

Aw, com-on...you know darn well the Vikings really prefer to have Griffen warming up the bench instead of finding a spot for him on the field....to do so would wreck their plan of getting another high draft pick this year. Silly you.

A trade was suggested that would allow the Vikings to get a higher draft pick than the 4 they spent....funny thing though....the trade suggested his value was at LB in a 3-4 system. I thought he couldn't play LB.
