Tom Brady still plenty good enough

Jun 14, 2014 Full story: Boston.com 21

One of the pitfalls of pro football evolving, much to the NFL's glee, into a yearround topic of discussion is that there has to be something to fill the emptiness, even if it's conversational empty calories.

Sports writers have nothing to write about so they make up stuff that has no real substance, like, is Brady getting too old to QB.
Last year if Amendola or Hoomanawanui could catch (read not dropped the game winning TD) Brady would have gotten the Pats the top seed and the MVP to go along with it. If his rookie receivers could catch instead of a 61.5% completion rate he would have been at 67.6%. That alone means more yards and TDs, but then those added completions would have meant more first downs to keep drives alive so even more completions would be added on, and with them, more yards and TDs. Estimates conservatively put an additional 60 yards per game or nearly 1000 yards last season and 18 more TDs. That's just if his receivers could catch. If his receivers were better at YAC, yards after catch it would be more (consider Peyton's receivers got 3500 YAC to run his total up to 5470. Without the YAC Peyton sits below 2000 passing yards). Factor in an offensive line that wasn't a revolving door and again those figures would improve.
If Brady and Peyton switched spots, simply because of the CAP difference and Brady's additiinal strength of character, and coolness under pressure, Brady would have at least three more SBs and Peyton could be in a psych ward or worse.

Making endless Bradylust posts is OK, but Peyton is the one who needs to be in a psych ward.

Making endless responses, usually perverted, to, for and about others and yet no analytical comments of value suggests you are already there ahead of him.:D

Miami and Denver still running their mouths without an iota of football analysis.
Can understand it from Miami, they haven't a chance with that coaching debacle that allows abusive players to play. Sounds a lot like our "friend" from Miami.
Our "friend" from Denver should have lots to talk about. Peyton focused to get it right after sixteen years of trying. Four more defensive pro bowlers added. An improved offense despite Decker leaving. Come on man, give us something. Or don't you know anything about football and only like trolling?

I see the schools in Miami haven't improved. Maybe you could ask people you meet for help. Got to be someone in Miami, even I'd they are tourists that could assist you with more comp,ex sentence structure and thought. If not you could always serve as a doorstop. Lots of businesses with open doors in South Beach. Just tell them...job need.:D

I went to a school for Mensa kids in Southern California. I was taught to become a Bradyhumper. They also helped me with my "turrets" and taught me how to save the Federal Government millions. I also learned janitorial and bartending duties as a backup.

I love it. He calls out people for poor punctuation in a digital world. That the same thing as looking for a train reservation in an avionic society. I hope he understands what I just wrote. He may be a Mensa but I put a lot of multi-syllable words out there

Try to get something right for a change. He didn't call the guy out for poor punctuation. He called him out for poor character. Seems he hit the nail on the head. This is a football conversation site. Miami and you seldom say anything other then to harass someone else, as trolls often do.Would much rather listen to what he has to say than you, even if it means I have to wait to respond.

Sorry I forgot to change the screen name that was left by the previous user. I don't use this thing much, I just like to watch the others that do, it's funny, not so much on sports sites but even here it's entertaining--- but I just had to say like many others already have, you are a jerk. And if i might add you are a real pig. No woman would ever want to be around filth like you. You are no gentleman. Some of us don't try to bring out the moron in other writers. It just seems to flow out of you so easily. You might want to cap that. You seem to be easily irritated. Abused as a child, Low self esteem, drugs, physically unappealing or is it just jealousy. You really seem lacking as an individual.
I see dozens of people that are more gifted intellectually. They help keep me centered so I don't think I'm better than others. Maybe you could do the same thing on the opposite end of the intelligence spectrum. There has to be someone more arrogant and hateful than you. With 6 billion people in the world you would think there has to be a few, wouldn't you think? Like a previous writers said, if any of us had your manners and education, we'd ask for a refund. You haven't a clue what is going on and your suppositions are from a fantasyland inside your head. My real name is Tony, dad wanted a boy. If he had ever meets you, he would have though differently.

I am jealous of all the voices you have in your head. Must be fun after a night of drinking.

Dad wanted a boy, and he got one....with multiple "personalities", but all are really just the same single irritating delusional personality when you get down to it.

My real name is Haywood Yablome. Check out my Facefart page sometime.

Rep. Dana Rohrabacher — one of the 87 percent of congressional Republicans who do not believe in man-made global warming — questioned the authors of the report about a period of dramatic climate change that occured 55 million years ago.

And blaming the gun vice the shooter ispsi liar to blaming the pencil for spelling mistakes.
Gotta love this guy. Like Peter Sellers in that movie where he rises to power for his gardening metaphors.
And yet the general population is being lied to by politicians about the danger of guns in order to protect themselves against a constituent response for their own corruption.
If everyone carried a gun who was skilled in its use, then people would be less likely to use one in the committing of a crime for fear of a likewise response. Short of an understanding of guns, an understanding of chemicals and how their use in combination can form a protective barrier is a good thing to know. Just ask MacGiver.
Guns are tools. Congress is also a tool but in a different way.
Looking at the pros and cons of things...
If pro-gress is a good thing, what does that make con-gress?
