Now the Cardinal fans here in Phoenix can't laugh at me when I wear my Dolphins cap...at least not too hard. Thank God we won!

Congrats, 2007 Dolphins, from avoid infamy! You fought through adversity today and didn't give up, even when you folded in other games. It was also great to see Shula, Czonka, Griese and the rest of the Mighty Undefeateds on the sideline for inspiration and honors.

Hey Hyde, for once just shut up and let us enjoy this win. I don't give a shit how or why we won. A win is a win and I will take it anytime.

Yes they are still a bad team. Everyone gets that, but we had lost 16 straight games, so this win feels good. We needed this REALLY bad!!!

Once again this pathetic team is fooling themselves. They lucked into this win. And its about time...

A win is a win and the Phins won! Sure there were some fortuitous developments for the Phins today but Miami actually beat Buffalo if not for a BS made up penalty so they shouldn't even have been 0-13! For all of the bad breaks, bad luck, injuries and terrible ref'ing the team deserved the win.

Go Phins!

We will have another solid/great draft next year, this year's guys will be that much better, Beck will be a better QB than what we have had since Marino and all of the Phins fans can get behind a team on the rise. Ronnie and Ricky in Cam's offense with solid QB play will be a great thing.

Go 2008 Phins!!

Finally, an article that is pretty honest about today's game. Camarillo seems like a decent guy from his comments and I'm glad he did well today. I guess avoiding 0-16 is nice, but 1-13 doesn't change much. It still feels like Dolphin management (General Manager/Coach/Etc.) has just simply given its fans a lump of Raven-colored coal for Christmas. It's not asking much to win around Labor Day like most normal teams. It's not unrealistic to have hopes for the playoffs at Thanksgiving. The players try hard and the fans have supported this team for three decades. But, goodness, there was no reason for all of this to happen.

It was ugly, like lipstick on a pig, I love that pig, and if the fool jet fans run ther mouth, tell them to talk to the 76 tampa bucks. Bill

Don't I remember the Patriots and Cowboys both going 1-15 in 1990-1991?

If this win were to somehow result in the return of Randy/Cam for 2008, then it will be a high price indeed to pay for a loss of face. The 2007 Draft Class grades are, of course, incomplete at this point. Still, there is reason to worry. Ginn was a major reach for a team with so many needs and he may never be a complete receiver. Beck has played poorly and was prepared even worse by his coaches. One gets the sick feeling that Beck was perhaps picked due to panic after passing on Brady Quinn - a sort of 'public relations' selection if you will. The Dolphins got a good center, which is nice. The Treat Green and Welker trades were defining, and not in a positive way. Remember, Randy/Cam said this team was a playoff team. They were NOT drafting to rebuild and it showed. They should not be trusted to serve draft beer, let alone run an NFL draft room.

hyde, what is your problem??

I am very proud of this team. Then never quit in this game. they had numerous opportunities to fold and found a way to win.

NOW for 2008, ALL draft picks should be on offense. McFadden running back, OT and TE with both 2nd rounders, WR with the 3rd rounder, OG with 4th rounder. Let them all play together in 2008 and only free agents should be defense CB, S and DT. let the young offense grow together and in 2009 go defense.

New 2008 left side of offense would be WR, TE, OT, OG and new RB.

2007 is shaping up as the BEST Dolphin Draft and free agent crop in 20 years as a whole.

And LOTS of Rookie Free agents of Tuff Harris S, Courtney Bryan S, Edmond Miles LB, Julius Wilson T, Quinton Moses DE (3rd pick in NFL draft in 2007),

Plus Beck still could be the Real Deal, with offensive line, running backs and receivers.

#13 Dec 16, 2007
Based upon what players are avaiable in 2008, we should go offense in draft again.

Then 2008 offense would be:

08 WR, 08 TE, O8 OT, 08 OG, 07 C Satele, Hadnot, Carey, 07 WR Ginn, 07 QB Beck, 07 FB Mauia, 08 RB McFadden, 07 RB Booker, 07 P Fields.

Any free agents would be CB, S, DT, and in 2009-2010 look at Defense draft.

#14 Dec 16, 2007

Here is my draft for the Dolphins in 2008. Actually, 2007 was the best draft we have had in over 10 years. Probably because all were from the SAME SIDE OF BALL.

in 07 we got WR, QB, C, RB, FB, P and a DT. that is the best draft we have had in 10 years.

to make it exciting, to build as a unit, AGAIN, I think we go OFFENSE in 2008. I know we need DT, S, CB, etc, but build the offense as a UNIT, and in 09 go all defense and with any free agents to have veteran defense and young rookie offense. Imagine these picks and the exciting offense in 2008.......

NY almost pulled off one against the Pats today. That woulda been icin' on the cake!
I expect Cameron will be here next yr. but if they don't significantly improve over the course of next season, I can see his tenure here being 2yrs.
Still can't get over turning loose Wes Welker.
Time to rise up & slay Goliath next week-that would give talk radio some sizzlin' airwaves across the country!

1st RB, Darren McFadden, ARKANSAS (99 rating)
(could be next Ladanian Tomilinson or Adrian Peterson)
we HAVE to take this guy, and hope either Chatman, Williams or Brown get healthy next year
If we let the Patriots get him, it will be the Boston Massacre every year!

2nd OT, Sam Baker from USC (91 rating)(or Jeff Otah from Pitt, or Michael Oher from Ole Miss)
(we need stud Left Tackle so bad, our QB's have been getting blind sided for 5 years)
Since Richmond Webb we have been CRYING for a STUD LEFT OFFENSIVE TACKLE.
I have a new nick name for our LT pass blocking..... SWISS CHEESE

2nd TE Fred Davis from USC (88 rating)(or John Carlson from Notre Dame, or Dustin Keller from Purdue)
(we need stud TE so bad, in JETS game QB got killed because TE was swiss cheese)
Since Farrell Edmonds and Keith Jackson we have been CRYING for a TE who could BLOCK
and catch. McMichael could only catch, and then only about 50% of those thrown to him.

3rd WR DJ Hall, from ALABAMA (85 rating)(or Earl Bennett from Vanderbilt or Dorien Bryant from Purdue)
(this guy can fly, and almost single handedly beat FSU in Jacksonville, complements Ginn)
or Andre Caldwell from FLORIDA, or Marcus Monk from ARKANSAS if early run on receivers)
we need another THREAT receiver, Booker and Hagen both can't catch their paychecks

4th OG Drew Radovich, USC (76 rating)(or Eric Young from Tennessee or Jeremy Zuttah from Rutgers)
(probably best pick by now, not great draft for guards, but we need another one and depth)
if we get this guy too, we have USC TE, USC OT, USC OG, we don't have to worry about left
side of the line introducing themselves to each other and communication problems so NO MORE
BLIND SIDE HITS ON QB. For more information on this call Jay Fiedler, AJ Feeley, Gus Ferrotte,
Trent Green and John Beck when he wakes up from last weeks hits.

5th given to Kansas City for Trent Green

6th DT Busari Raji, BOSTON COLLEGE (55 rating)(or Dre Moore of Maryland or Carlton Powell Va Tech)
(we need some BEEF on DT, and he is 6'2" 341pounds) Nick Name will be BIG BUBBA BUSARI!

7th DT Jason Shirley, FRESO STATE 36 rating)(or Kevin Brown UCLA or Brigham Harwell of UCLA)
(more beef on DT, he is 6' 4", 335 pounds)

If it goes this way, we would have a very young, exciting, quick, developing offense from the drafts of 07 and 08, and a veteran defense. Any free agent signings would be for defense. In 09 we draft impact defense. Imagine this young, fast, strong offense next year.....

WR DJ Hall,(3rd in 08 draft) from ALABAMA or Bryant or Caldwell
TE Fred Davis,(2b in 08 draft) from USC, or Carlson or Keller
LT Sam Baker,(2a in 08 draft) from USC, or Otah or Oher
LG Drew Radovich,(4th in 08 draft) from USC, or Young or Zuttah
C Satele, 07 draft
RG Hadnot
RT Carey
WR Ted Ginn, 07 draft
QB John Beck, 07 draft
FB Reagan Mauia, 07 draft
RB Darren McFadden,(1st in 08 draft) from ARKANSAS, and Lorenzo Booker, 07 draft from FSU
(Ricky Williams, Ronnie Brown and Jessee Chatman are ALL depth and unhealthy)
P Brandon Fields, 07 draft

something to look forward to in 2008

and we focus on DEFENSE in 2009, and 2010.

Let's call it like it is: The Finz should have lost this game too - multiple times... I am thankful they didn't get the shame of 0-16, but the sun shines on a dog's rear end every once in a while as they say and Cameron still has to go, Beck needs to play these last 2 games, and Wayne Hi-jinxa needs to sell the team and breathe new life into south Florida. Yes we have been injury-prone and yes it is the NFL and this will happen, but if I were priveleged enough to play for the Finz this season, I would still be ashamed to be affiliated with this team, this coach, and this owner. Congrats guys, but stop acting like you won the Superbowl!

Its so great to see the win a game. Congrats to Cam for his 1st win as Head coach in the NFL. I could have done without the discreditation Societies Head cheeleader, Dave Hyde, try to dicredit this win in any way he could in this article, Why doesnt he just go write for the PATS or jets?
