Not happy that Mike Piazza didn't get into the Baseball HOF. He never tested positive, wasn't on the Mitchell Report etc..... Now poor Cooperstown is stuck with 5 inductees (and 4 of them are DEAD) for July 28th. I can hear the crickets!!!! Plus, if the Baseball HOF won't let in guys that may or may not have juiced up, lets take down the plaques of those who weren't exactly role models and such like those KKK Nazis (Ty Cobb, Tom Yawkey) those who got drunk and slept with hookers (Mickey Mantle, Babe Ruth); those who cheated (Gaylord Perry) and those who weren't exactly kind to the press (Ted Williams, Steve Carlton)

The problem with the steroid cheaters is that unless they got their juice from a doctor they were dealing in the ILLEGAL drug trade and drug dealers. It wasn't just about cheating it was about committing criminal acts to cheat.
Just like Pete Rose, it wasn't just about gambling or his gambling. He placed bets with illegal betting operations/criminals.
Crime should not pay.
