Tony Stewart Wrecks Kyle Busch

Many are chalking it up to restrictor plate racing across the World Wide Web, but when the winner walks away not feeling as if it's a total win, what can be done? To understand exactly what restrictor plate racing is, one must I guess simply understand the mechanics of the restrictor plate.

What a great finish,yes?? Kyle must of forgot who was behind him when he ran back across the front of Stewart the second time. He has driven long enough to know he was passed and should of knew that the result was going to be bad. Race fans sitting at home knew what was going to happen, THE BIG ONE. I bet ole A.J. Foyt must of been smiling from ear to ear to see it was the 14 car making that pass.

I must have watched a different race because I didn't see Tony Stewart wreck Kyle Busch. The race I watched Kyle Busch wrecked Kyle Busch and Kasey Kahne.

well,, thing is that a single car would always be able to get ganged up on no matter if they have a restrictor plate or not.. so I am tired of them blaming restrictor plates for close racing at super speedways..If they did not limit the power, cars could get airborn more easily.. so,,it is a safety thing..people like super speedways because each car has a chance of the win... the mile and a halfs.. now talk about needing to do something to make those races exciting..people go to restrictor plate races to see the cars 5 wide, jocking for position..if some drivers don't like that... they can fall back and follow... like Mark Martin does.. LOL

I was reading a blog yesterday, which was obviously written to get a reaction, that said that Tony should be penalized or suspended for making that move. LOL!

Someone responded to him with, you obviously wrote this to see what kind of comments you can get because that's totally freaking absurd.

It's funny how whenever Tony wins the trolls come out in force.

Not to mention, no matter how much of a competitive person Kyle is, it takes him a few days to figure out that he was wrong.

I guess! No was to blame but KB. Much as I dislike him, it was wild watching what happened. I would Never wish injury or worse on any of the drivers.

I think he'll learn while Winning is nice, sometimes it's better to settle for second, instead of a rumpled up race car and 14th.

I totally agree!
I was glad to see Ts win his first race as an owner driver. Then watching this weekend I just as excited. He's worked hard to earn these wins and his position in the standings. Hope he keeps it up. I would to see him unseat JJ for the Championship this year.

I just listened to a press conference that Tony did. He mentioned he has spoken to Kyle who is ok by the way. Their take it was a racing deal. Tony was doing what he had too to get around Kyle and Kyle was doing what he had to do to prevent Tony from getting around him.

Neither of them are upset with the other.
