If the NPD had found evidence that Kazemi had any hand gun training at all, the theory that she was the shooter might have had some credibility, but there isn't any and she wasn't. No twenty year old party girl who has never handled a gun does a first time execution shoot like this:

The NPD's cockamamie theories don't fit the evidence of this case.

Wouldn't surprise me if McNair was there,not only cheating on his wife,but trying to sober up a bit in anticipation of some more sex with Kazemi. He,obviously,wasn't afraid to be there. Thanks for the info.I read up on that Bahai faith,after this happened,but I didn't see anything that specifically stated what religion it was a part of. Anyway,another man has learned the hard way that God's female children are not condoms that can be used and then thrown away. They are HUMAN BEINGS. With feelings and emotions that go beyond the crotch area.
