Good game Eric and GBPmies. I didn't know what direction the game was going at half time. I was hoping it wouldn't turn into a shootout.
We seem to have struck gold with Kaep. He was a monster tonight. I can almost live with the fact the 9ers passed on Rodgers for Smith now.
Also, sorry about not responding a couple pages ago.
Congrats and enjoy the rest of your season. Kaep looked awesome he did it all, you just may have struck gold with him. I knew he was good but I had no idea he would play that well. Our defense is still scratching thier heads, which I presume are sill up thier arses... LOL!

Good luck next week

NOT surprising the coach at ND is getting a nice new deal to stay in South Bend. How long does Alabama's coach stay there instead of another huge payday in the NFL somewhere.A Harbaugh SB coming up in a few weeks?
Baltimore beating NE at NE will be tough assuming NE beats Houston.IF Houston defense can keep NE low scoring they just may beat NE but that is a tough order.I dont know if Houston can score a lot of points on NE ( unless of returns or turnovers and leaving Houston with nice field Position).

Last year he got hurt and they lost the last 6,missed the playoffs
that was their excuse..wellllllll.....
This year, they were 7-1,ended up 10-6,their problem, they ran into teams with winning records and He was there for the whole thing for the most part.
It will be interesting to see who Chicago hires at their HC.an offensive mind is def. in order there,To bad ( for their sake) they couldnt have kept Lovie as the Def. coor.
NOW,i wonder with the def.getting older and no depth,if they will become GB last year, all offense and hardly any defense?( as long as Cutler is qb,i dont see them being much better at offense then they are, but, maybe the new coaches will see what we have and Lovie and his staff haven't
Whats your excuse for getting dominated the last couple of years in the playoffs ? Vikes playoff game doesn't say much, ponder out and only one weapon ap. the packers still gave up a 100 yards and packers new that's what they were going to do! Packers defense let a Qb run 180 yards!!!!! Mathews could not handle one guy, and that player was in major pain all game long!! Put clay on his ass over and over!

I don't mind the jabs, the Packers got beat by a better team. They had no answer for Kaep and the 9ers.

BTW, the Packers were not "ONE and OUT" (the Vikings were), the Packers were "TWO and OUT". Remeber I tried to explain it too you before, I guess you are still a window licker.... some things will never change.

We were not the better team on that day.We lost last year to the SB champs the New York Giants( the best team going into the playoffs and peaking at the perfect time) and we lost to SF last night( ditto and i wouldn't be surprised if SF won it all this year).Capers didnt adjust at half time,he did a pathetic job.
So,whats your excuse with that record breaking defense to choke the last several games 2 years in a row and miss the playoffs?

Not to get into a political discussion on a football forum but just curious, why do you call me a "socialst" as if it is a bad thing? I am an American from MN and happen to be living in Finland. Are you afraid of socialism?

You might find this interesting-http://wiki.answer s.com/Q/Is_Finland_a_socialist _country

Because means of production are not state owned, Finland cannot be considered to be a socialist country. However, being a Nordic welfare country, Finland has socialist characters in the form a large public sector.

Finland has a thriving private sector, including e.g. worlds biggest mobile phone manufacturer Nokia. This has made Finland into a very prosperous country; according to World Bank (2008) Finland is the 10th richest country in the world, measured by nominal GDP per capita.

Finland's public sector is large, comprising about half of the GDP. Practically all health and education services are provided by the public sector. Even though this model could be called socialistic, it is very effective. High quality health care is available for all, and this costs only 7,5% of GPD (e.g. in USA the costs is 16%). Also education is free, and the quality of education especially in primary and secondary schools is among the best in the world.

Because of the large public sector, tax rates in Finland are high. Typically employees pay approximately 30% income tax, but the rate is heavily progressive, and can be much less with low salaries. Also the mandatory payments to various pension and other funds by both employer and employee account for about one fifth of actual salary. Additionally general VAT is 23% and there are also corporate taxes.

Ill say this.Finland can get away with HC for all with how many Million people there?
Here in the US of A, we have 350M people or so,so government run HC will cost 3T or more ( Obamacare).instead of curbing bs lawsuits ( tort reform) and allowing to sell over state lines and increasing competition and quality and lowering cost.

Yeah there are only around 5 million people here in Finland so HC and education are FREE, including all Universities. They also have the top rated education system in the world. All in all Finland does pretty well for itselt.

They also have Rovio the creators of Angry Birds,
I work in Helsinki; I live outside Helsinki about 20 miles in a smaller city. I don’t care for living in the city much, at least not like I used to when I was younger.

a very interesting statement i heard - green bay adjusted there d to contain joe webb and pretty much mirrored the same schemes against san fran!
if this is true then capers should be fired because joe webb is nothing i mean nothing compared to colin k.The thought of webb and colin k being similar is the most dumbest thing i ever heard. colin k is light years different from webb and to think capers thought that hey lets use the same schemes that we did against minn and it will work against colin k- capers should be run out of the state of wisconsin to somewhere else pronto.

That was interesting Reggie.I didnt really notice any real adjustments...Again,if he adjusted and GB lost, that fine,,he didnt adjust much of shit and he should take responsibility for not adjusting or having a plan.
Hopefully Ted lands a few good starters on Defense and some help on the offensive side.An ILB like Desmond Bishop will help greatly next year when hes back and DJ Smith for depth will help out as well

The public transportation system is ok in Finland, trains, metro, trams, busses get you about anywhere. It works pretty good with some problems in delays in winter. I think all major cities in Europe have good public transport and yes you can take trains from country to county pretty easy, from Finland we take cruise ships to Sweden or Southern Europe. For vacationing in Europe I like to drive and be on the road I have not taken the trains very often between countries just few times while lived in Brussels.

Thats very cool.My wife would love to go to Ireland,as for me,id like to go into or all over Europe.Grab a rail pass and hit Germany,Italy,Switzerland and into Norway,Denmark Sweden,Iceland and Finland. It certainly different way of life.I would think with 7-9 per gallon gas, that mass transit, rail ect would be very popular and if you do drive its Diesel fuel for that extra millage.Id like to see Diesel become popular here as well.Easier to refine that gasoline ( a couple less steps in refining and since we are about to have refining problems,) it would be nice to use a Million barrels per day less as we are getting much better millage on all our cars ( since God Forbid we can build a few new oil refineries here)
