Turn's out, not only is Richie Incognito the dirtiest player in the NFL, he is also the worst teammate.....Hazing and bullying are just wrong, at any age.....

The right teammates, would have stood up for Martin and shut Incognito up.....Where were the coaches?....Phelbin's press conference was a joke......

The OL actually pass protected better without Incognito and Martin in the Bengals game. I guess they'll have to get used to that.

Tough loss though, Tannehill has been sacked 35 times, most in NFL....Incognito's history....they need to get Martin back....

WTF?....

...following is a transcript of a voice message Incognito left for Martin in April 2013, a year after Martin was drafted:

"Hey, wassup, you half n----- piece of s---. I saw you on Twitter, you been training 10 weeks.[I want to] s--- in your f---ing mouth.[I'm going to] slap your f---ing mouth.[I'm going to] slap your real mother across the face [laughter]. F--- you, you're still a rookie. I'll kill you."

A shirtless incoherent Incognito running around Dirty Blondes (a real class establishment...do a google search). I'd love to see how the non-team leaders act.

Why didn't Martin pick up a dumbbell, whack Incognito in the head, and say, "This stops now!"?

When I hear things like the rookies are forced to pay for 15K dinners and parties and it's 'just the usual hazing' and I don't see any stories, press conferences or congressional hearings with the ex players crying how broke they are and they were never told how to manage money. This goes way beyond the locker room.

Thats exactly right. Martin is about to get a big payday, and the stuff they already know about Incognito is nothing compared to what will coming out in the coming weeks.

Now, here in S.FL we are hearing rumors that the coaches might have asked Incognito to toughen up Martin.....which IF TRUE, really changes much of this whole deal, eh?....Too bad, as this young Qb was starting to show real progress.....

The rumor is coaches told a known behaviorally-challenged player to toughen up another player, and did not supervise the methods the known problem player used.

If true, Tannehill won't be the one losing his job. It might become a positive for T-Hill.....maybe he will now get a real GM and offensive coordinator, who up to this point have been hurting his growth with lame playcalling/personnel decisions.

So now its he coaches fault Incognito called him and said he wanted to kill him....to "toughen him up"...not buying it..
I guess the coaches also told him to toughen up African Americans in bars too by using the "N" word right...

It's hard to tell who did what right now.....sides may well be leaking rumors to bolster their own defenses. All we really know for fact right now is that Incognito likes to leave lewd creepy voicemails and rant shirtless in dive bars, and Martin ran out of the team cafeteria.

Unfortunately, Tannehill....already the most sacked QB, this season....is gonna get creamed.....not a great longterm plan....The GM, Ireland likely needs to go....
