Bills Shouldn't Stay The Course

When I drive to Ralph Wilson Stadium for the season finale on December 30th, I'm half expecting to see the phrase "Stay The Course" in big, bold letters on the back of the Jumbotron.

Ralphy needs to do these things, effective the final gun of the Jets-at-Bills game Dec. 30th:

1: Fire Chan Gailey.

2: Put Buddy Nix in scouting, where he excels.

3: Bring back Bill Polian for at least a couple of years as general manager, so he can correctly groom Doug Whaley into becoming the next GM of the Bills. Why's that? Polian is a winner, bar none.
