Toyota claiming Roush racing cheated is like Bill Belicheck claiming Peyton Manning is a bank robber. All Toyota has done since intruding on NASCAR is cheat cheat and cheat some more and when cheating did not work they threw money everywhere to try and buy a winning team like Gibbs racing. Watching a camry race NASCAR is like watching a hound dog race the Kentucky Derby.

I just lost more respect for Toyota's racing endeavor.

On the other hand, I lost respect for Jack for letting Mark Martin go too. Mark helped make Jack what he is today in the world of NASCAR.

GO MARK!

How does Robby Gordon get away with a unapproved front splitter (yeah, yeah...a fine but gets his points back) while Edwards loses 100 points plus fines and suspension for a latch coming loose. I think Nascars fines and such are a joke. I'm ready to see if F1 will come back to the US, atleast they have real scandals.

Nascar will never be the same since they dropped Winston. These telephone companies that have their names on it now just don't get it. And until they put Winston back in there it will only get worse. They didn't put up with all of these stupid changes. Like the race for the championship in the last 10 races. That is just not fair to all of the drivers on the field. But that's what happens when you have a bunch of busy body long nose idiots crying because they think having the Winston name is bad for kids. Besides Winston Cup was a lot better race outfit than this so call racing league they have now posing as Nascar. I've lost all interest in it. But what can you do? It's either that or the want a be's that make up the IRL which is nothing but a joke. Tony would turn over in his grave if he knew what a mess they have made of that race.

This is funny. Jack Roush has no creditability. Jack Roush complains that Toyota is running up costs. Look at the number of teams he has had in Cup, Busch (or whatever it is called now), and truck series in the recent yrs. Look how many times he has won at Busch with his Cup driver (Martin, Biffle, etc). He is a joke. This guy is not for the little guy. He is the one of the reasons that the costs have went up in all of Nascar series. Another example of the pot calling the kettle black.

Ever since Brian France and Mike Helton took over NASCAR, there hasn't been anything but harassment of the drivers and teams. Their dictatorial ways and stupid rules are ruining the sport. The post race inspections are ridiculous.
France is on record for saying he was going to change the ways things are done. If he is out to make a name for himself, he is succeeding.
The owners and drivers need to tell those two that as of right now, there will be no more races until sanity returns to the organization.

It's all WWF anyway. Anything to stay in the news. The racing is secondary now. Contrived finishes and fines, scandals, debris yellows, cautions for tire checks, four hour races that drag on forever etc. NASCAR/WWF forever.

Set the perimeter of the car and the engine and then let the teams go. Take it back to what racing was meant to be. A all out I will out trump you and beat your bu t t come race day. Take it back to the Fireball Robert days when anything was a go.

They've already caught others this year loosening the lid on the oil tanks to get the aero advanatage and fined/docked the offenders. And now Edwards just "fell off"? Right, sure, I believe you. Bottom line they took it off. And after seeing the earlier penalties to boot, plain stupid.

Where was your head? Mark is the one who quit Jack and didn't even tell him!!! Plus he has been quitting (retiring) for 3 years now and just hops from car to car.

I love the way Jeff Hammond and D. Waltrip talked about this cheating along with others along that have happened. Like they never cheated. Who could forget that Waltrip's engine exploded at the end of the Daytona Race. I guess its all in sizzle now!

Screw Toyota, take your candy *sses back to Japan and start your own ricer series there.
You are not welcome in NASCAR, never have been. The fans never invited you.
I'm sure Jack would pay for the shipping to Tokyo.
KUDO'S to Jay-W, your the MAN !!

When will the rest of the REAL American's stand -up, and tell Nascar "we don't need, nor do we want Jap-Can's ruining the GREAT "AMERICAN" RACE !" and to take their a**'s back to Japan, and run their little gas savers (did you notice all the recall's the Japs, and Koreans are having now? AH-SO!

Its a slap in the face to see the likes of "Tony (cry baby) Stewart" driving a Toyota, hope he doesn't win a race as long as he drives for Gibb's Racing.)

Just a thougt! Semper Fi!
