Oscar Pistorius: Murder or tragic accident?

During the 2012 London Paralympic Games, there was perhaps no more inspirational athlete to watch than Oscar Pistorius , also known as the Blade Runner .

That's right keep on suggesing that it was 'just an accident' so that -

1/ The gullible sport crazy 'Hero' worshipping public will eventually believe it.
and more importantly
2/ So will a 'Dumb & Dumber' jury!

This is the strategy of his defence team.

At least they haven't (yet) proffered the age old defence -'I didn't know the gun was loaded'

Remember that one?

... and of course the other old standby -'The gun just went off'.

Either are enough to make you laugh - or perhaps cry.

If only poor Reeva could speak to us.

What part was an accident? He purposefully fired into a room he knew had a human being inside. The question is not accident or murder, the question is culpable homicide or murder. There was no accident, he deliberately set out to gun down another human being. If it was an intruder we would be dealing with a different dead body.

dressed with two cellphones after waking up in middle of night in locked bathroom! case closed! no one in press has expounded on this which not knowing forensics and ballistics yet is really the most critical facts!
