Well, I'm glad to hand over the reign of fighting with that loser ranger 4 life, who truly believes that we are all insane for giving a shyt about animals that are tortured and then killed, "when there are sooo many other important issues to deal with in the world"....But, when reading ANY forums about animal abuse, you have to read every post from the start to see exactly how this ranger moron feels, and he will fight tooth and nail, and change the subject from animal abuse to anything else, to get off of the subject, anything to brag about his military and ATF background... I for one, am not impressed.

Well, I KNOW he has a military background. But, we also know that he lied about ATF salaries, and used outsider jargon. The guy is certainly a legend in his won mind.

What was scary were his attitudes toward women. The resentment, at the least, of intelligent or assertive women.

That and his sexual fantasies. He likes to imagine women together. That's no big deal, it's a common and healthy male fantasy. But, fer crissakes keep it to yourself! I TRIED to point out that he was making himself obvious. Especially since no one was fantasizing about HIM, or even speculating.

My guess is that he REALLY hates gay men, BTW.

Ambreen, if you listen to Ranger long enough it is not hard to understand the cause of his anger. Ranger hates himself, however, since it is the hardest thing in the world to admit that you, yourself, are the reason for your anger, you look at everything and everybody to use as a person or place for a transference of anger or guilt. Ranger uses the Marine and Ranger terms, as well as the story about working for the BATF as a cry of one who has the need to belong. I can remember when I was still working on the police force, the saddest thing you could see were old retired or ex cops attempting to hang around the station still wishing for an active conection that no longer existed. The same thing held true of a group of wantabe cops who always seemed to be around the police station, resturants and other places that you would find cops (No doughnut shop jokes please LOL). I actually feel somewhat sorry for Ranger as I would assume that he seeks out people on topix boards and chat rooms and attempts to impress or intimidate them and does so until the truth of his lack of knowledge is found out and he must leave. When I retired from the force, I made a promise to myself not to go back to the station because once you turn a page in life, you need to go head first to the next page.
